If not, then in 5 years, one gets most of the investment back in 5 years and then risk free returns there after( of course this doesn't account for taxes).
What do you figure the 20 yrs. after you get your principle back the div. will add up to.
Even if it is a lot more than $7 if it takes close to 2 decades to get it, that does not make it a good investment.
To be exact, it takes 5 years to get the money back. And afterwards, it is all net profit (Do you think the gas price won't go up in the next 20 years? ). I think it is a good investment.
