    WHO == US healthcare #1

    When WHO rated the US healthcare poorly it did NOT claim our systemn provided poor care. In fact our system is the best and WHO admitted that. But WHO knocked us down from first place to 37th place because our great healthcare system isn't fair.
    We already know that fairness doesn't work in economics and it doesn't work with healthcare either. The healthcare in Cuba might be "fair" but it sukks. Would YOU go to Cuba if you needed an operation? But based on the fake criteria Cuba's pathetic healthcare system is rated about equal to ours.

    Hint: << The difficulty in gaining access to certain medicines and treatments has led to healthcare playing an increasing role in Cuba's burgeoning black market economy, sometimes termed "sociolismo". According to former leading Cuban neurosurgeon and dissident Dr Hilda Molina, "The doctors in the hospitals are charging patients under the table for better or quicker service." Prices for out-of-surgery X-rays have been quoted at $50 to $60.[53] >>
