Isn't it about time for Custard Boy Biden to run around the country again chirping about the recovery. Then he can go have drinks with the lobbyists and they all can joke about the sucker public.
He said we would have a summer of recovery. He just didn't say which summer. 2013 maybe - hopefully purple lips will be gone then.
