See for yourself ... the new Kia Rio:

And the 2012 Focus:

If the new Rio isn't a ripoff of the Focus, I don't know what is!
you would be right...except you're not.
kia rio has been around since 2005, so if anything kia is getting ripped off!

I didn't say that the Rio was a new model. I'm well aware that it's been around for a while. However, the new-for-2012 Rio is a knockoff of the new Focus.
So just get a much better Cruze and don't worry about it.
I've not paid much attention to Kia. IMHO we're seeing a new direction in styling for small vehicles from all manufacturers.
With only a 1.6 ltr I4, the Rio isn't going to set the world afire with it's performance.
I remain a "sedan" man myself.
This new version of the Kia Rio looks like a ripoff design from the new Focus. In any event, the Focus looks better.
Buy American.
Most Kias are knockoffs of Ford designs. I do not know if this is by arrangement or they just copy them, but if you look at their vans, they are a complete knockoff of the old Ford mini vans.
FORD owned part of KIA from 1986 until KIA's bankruptcy in 1997.
not even close. And if you want to make such comparisons, you might want to compare that Ford to the Mazda that's been around for a while...
Did you guys see, GM and Chrysler paid out bonuses to their employees...

Ford owns a % stake in Mazda. Ford has no connection with Kia. Perhaps you should take a closer look at the photos. Look at all Kia models. It should be obvious to many, Kia's stylists & designers use other's 'designs' to create the 'styling' for their vehicles. Kia doesn't give one the impression of being....'orginal'.
