If the skilled workers add more value to the company than management, then certainly! I have no problem with that. Holding a managerial position shouldn't automatically entitle someone to more pay than a line worker or a skilled trades worker. They should earn it.

the trusts is paid by the auto companys or customers, the govt. paid 84 million dollars into the trusts before the bankruptcy to save the trusts. then screwed the bondholders. this is why i will buy ford and not gm products, this deal was a shame.
