There is no other industry that is so relative to our economy than the American Automotive Industry!
Thousands of companies across our nation are related somehow to this industry and it's the cash flow thru these companies across the nation that makes up our economy.
Foreign "KIT CARS" assembled in the US do not contribute to this cash flow!
The only car manufacturers in the US that contribute to the cash flow into our economy thru the thousands of companies they do business with across the nation is Ford and GM.
Bring back our economy, buy a Ford or GM and put an American back to work at one of the thousands of companies in our American Automotive Industry.

There are a number of foreign cars touting the fact that their "Kit Cars" are being assembled in the USA to make the unsuspecting people actually believe these are American made products, but, they aren't!
"Kit Cars" are cars assembled in the US with all imported parts! These assembly plants don't put money into our economy!
Only GM & Ford put money into our economy by buying components/services from thousands of companies across the nation! GM & Ford are the only 2 true American car MANUFACTURERS in the US!
Buy a Ford or GM and put an American back to work!

Which company/companies assemble "kit cars" in the US? I asked for a definition of "kit car" and no one has bothered to explain what a "kit car" is.
If this is such a big deal - then provide the names of the offending companies.
'Where does the profit go?'
Who really cares. Do you see any Ford profits? Do you get any GM profits? I doubt it.
Profits are potatoes as compared to the employment benefit of these companies.
Stop using the old 'profits' argument if you don't know how that works.
I'd rather employ thousands of Americans who live, earn and spend here then to give Ford profits from Mexicans that assemble cars and earn and spend in Mexico. How do those profits work out for you?
'There is no other industry that is so relative to our economy than the American Automotive Industry!'
Understand where you are coming from, but this statement is incorrect. It may be one of them, or at least in the running, but several other industries are directly related to the economy, where the auto industry is 1 step away.
Banking, pensions, housing (construction) etc.... are all directly related to the economy. The auto industry is NOT an indicator of the economy.
You are absolutely wrong, the American Automotive Industry IS the American Economy, you just don't know it!
Are you smarter than a 5th grader? Read up. :)

I tried to get into a car plant but found out that if you didn't know somebody, you would never get in. Fxck those people and their sxit cars. I have a toyota pickup bought in 1986 new and am still driving it with over 1 million miles,,,,original engine with no major work.
If you own a foreign car you helped to ruin our economy!
ALL foreign "KIT CARS" assembled in the US don't put any money into our economy!
Buy a Ford or GM and put an American back to work at one of the thousands of companies across the nation that are related to the American Automotive Industry.
There is no other industry so related to our economy as the American Automotive Industry!
Fix our economy, buy a Ford or GM!
