I;m not a smoker or a gun owner but I'm a believer in the rights of our citizens and how those rights are being slowly erroded

I said years ago that I was against smoking in places that could harm other people. BUT I also said that this could just be a start to take away other rights in the future.

Myself, I think we as americans have every right to do anything we want as long as it does not cause harm to others. If you want to protect me from me, forget about it.
If I want to eat, drink, smoke or just do stupid things that can harm me, then it's my right to do so.

No standing Govt. should dictate what I can and cannot do.

Today we are learning that our govt. has won battles in the past on telling us what we cannot do only because we let them do it by being silent on issues.
They continue to pass laws that are never even presented to the public to vote on.

As we send our elected officials to washington, they should know one thing. You are beholding to the citizens who voted for you.
Not the senior officials in washington, who demand that you better rub my back and if you do you will stay in your job and get rich. But if you don't, you will be blackballed and lose the next election to someone who will do our bidding.

This is what is happening. They are taking our freedoms away very slowly without the publics ability to say no.
IT's time to stand up america and say enough is enough to your elected officials.
Or you can live the life that George Orwell wrote in his book 1985.

New Yorkers and Californians have all given up rights to their politicians demands without a fight.
Where did it get them? Higher taxes and demands that they the govt. will tell you how to live and be healthy without your permission.
WHAT A DAMN SHAME. When will it stop??
P.S. As always I don't need someone who checks my spelling or grammar.
