Totally Agree. What a fantastic value. Duncan donuts has a PE over 80 & Amazon over 200. Why are the wall street insiders so blind to this bargin stock ? Also, A reasonible dividend too. If Ford had the same multilpe as a donut chain it would be a $300 stock. As I wait for the Manhattan Greed Culture to realize this I continue to pick up a few thousand shares on every downturn. Ford's day will come especially when the sheep that run from Apple's demise to Facebook or Amazon discover that they have chased another group of empty stocks and finally decide to invest what's left of their money into value.
Quit the bullmanure guys. P/E isn't 2.94 after removal of one time accounting move. 4Q'11 numbers still reflected in that P/E. Automakers don't have the perceived growth potential of a donut chain or an online mass retailer to receive a nose bleed high P/E multiple. Ford is indeed a value here, and going forward, but don't eat from or feed the message board a plate of misleading data. Do your DD people.
Recent heavy down sloped trend looks to be headed for a test of the channel bottom. Tomorrow likely solid green but it may fade as traders take profits from a flip heading into the weekend and especially those risk adverse #$%$&P starting to waver after an extended bull run.Modest pullback in S&P coming soon, won't take much of that Ford beta to make F test the channel bottom.
short term: sell OR hold & close your eyes for a month or two
