Just doing a little comparison on P E, Revenues, & EPS!
Just these 3 things compared F to GE.
I have read on this board earlier about ford going to $35
We'll maybe not that hight but by all means $25 like GE
Well Honda (HMC) forward P/E of 8.8 is cheap too....with this news....??? with Hydrogen fuel cars coming big time in California & Louisianna....& Texas ask (APD)

Jefferies Group Reiterates “Buy” Rating for Honda Motor Co. (HMC)
Honda Motor Co. Ltd. Jefferies Group restated their buy rating on shares of Honda Motor Co. (NYSE:HMC) in a report issued on Friday, Analyst Ratings reports. They currently have a $42.98 target price on the stock
I am not saying Honda or Toyota are not good buys. They are probably good buys, too. But one reason their PEs are so low is because both companies have realized drastically increased profits due to the artificially depreciated Yen. Investors understand that the devalued Yen is probably a temporary situation. Once the Yen strengthens again it will drive down both companies profit and drive up their PE ratios.
Interesting. I did the same comparison myself today. I bought a new F-150 in September of 2012 and it has been a pure joy to own, It is my first domestic purchase. I've have only owned Honda's that I always bought new. My last Honda had several problems that I never experienced with the previous ones. I am so impressed that I am going to purchase some stock. Ford stock seems to be a value play here with a low multiple and decent dividend.
My 2006 Ford Focus is such a good car, I can't part with it. However, I've told friends and family to buy Ford, and my son listened. Sooner or later, the stock will catch up with the company, it always does. Why F dropped back down after blowing out March sales estimate is beyond me, earning are coming out April 25, maybe we'll fire up the engine and motor up the road.
