PSX is not in my brokerage account and they go through Melon. It won't be in until at least tomorrow, if it tanks today and I lose a bit of money I'm going to move my accounts to a better broker. Small town bank brokers are ok, but if the trader goes deer hunting and his assistant is off no immediate business gets done.
PSX shares in my USAA account at $34.05. They still have COP at $71.63. After the first trade today it will change to whatever the stock trades at. My quess is that the program has no way of discerning between COP and COP w/o PSX.
It may not show up until tomorrow as some updates are not allowed after market opens. However because of your settlement date you should be able to trade them. It will be less of a hassle if your shares reside at the brokerage house. I have found at least in my case that keeping my shares at the Brokerage house instead of in my mattress works better. There are ways to prevent the house from using those share as speculation.
Have a good day!
