      • I'm not a genius but I have $600-700K in my retirement, I just put $120K on my mortgage so I only owe $100K now and my neighbore just had bidders in cash for a 2600sq ft home at $840K ALL CASH, this is housing bubble 2.0, ALL FOOLS. The guy who bought next door is like you, momentum arsewholes all the breed due to Bernanke's free money.
I have the balls to say you are a fool married to COP, and my new neighbor is a fool too, this is Bernanke's breeding ground.

      • you are right, it's all about momentum until reality plunges your profit, you all profess fundamentals, but no... actually you are counting on momentum and a subsidized dividend. You will be proven wrong, because ALL the arsewhole "investors" are not that at all. They are leveraging to the hilt, hitting just shy of 2007 all-time margin to buy stocks at $381 BILLION, so I am perfectly rested scalping this krap, like all stocks, all speculative momentum krap. Do what you want.
