XOM has no future production and is and will pay for it. COP is looking very good with future production and fields. They either get bougt or just continue what they are doing. Hitting new 52 week highs and raising the dividends. Either way, sooner rather than later, this is in the 80's, then 90's and over 100 while collecting an awesome dividend that will be raised again, and again, and again.
I'm a COP long and have profited greatly from COP stock. COP shareholders don't need XOM, but if XOM would make an offer of $500 per COP share, I'd be in. Put me down as a 'YES' at a bid from XOM of $500 a share. Anything below that, I'm not interested.
