    It would be wise

to see what the independent special committee decides is best for the company and its shareholders. WGI and several other strategic investors have a lot riding on a favorable outcome. Merger or partnership would be the best outcomes in my opinion. This was sudden and drastic for many including the WGAT employees laid off today. How about cooling it on the chest pounding until we know for sure. It could be a longterm positive for all. imho

It would be WISER to first know who the "independent special committe" is made up of first. To not release the names of this independent group is getting off to a bad start. Secondly, if the company, including ACN, wants to remove any doubts about whether this is on the up and up, why not release the names of the special group of independemt directors.

Everything this group does brings more and more questions.

      Where is the transparency here??
WGI owns a majority stake. If these people, and the committee, are truly independent then release the names. I've been saying this since the 8K was released.

      "IMHO"

    • I'm not long or short, but was thinking about buying if interest sparked after the Celeb. Apprentice episode. Here's my question...each episode is two hours, prime time on a major network. ACN HAS to pay a large sum to be on the show. I saw the picture on the ACN website with Trump holding a phone. So, with the money and reputations of both Trump and ACN...why pull the plug now? Don't you think it is going to be strange when they air an episode that sooo much money was sunk into just to say the product company went out of business. You would think to save face they would wait until after the show. The PR is going to look pretty bad when an entire show revolves around a product that is no long. Just an outside point of view that makes this story VERY incomplete. You would think the Trump and ACN camp would have done enough DD on THEIR part to believe they could sink the money into highlighting this product in an episode. You would think their DD would be superior to anything we could do...thoughts?

      • New exchange listing coming and a financially strong company with the merger. This is what is going to happen. All the warrant amedments, BOD changes and everything have been planned out for sometime. Watch and learn IMO

ACN isn't going out of business... wgat might. ACN can still get the phones manufactured and keep a few engineers around to work on the software or farm out the engineering.
