Why did the CEO leave after 6 months? Company relates the departure to family reasons. Seems dubious that a CEO wouldn't have worked out the family issues before agreeing to committing to work for a new company at a new location. Six months ago, why wouldn't the Board have chosen the now appointed internal employee? What initiatives did the short-term now departed CEO implement? Thanks in advance.
I conquer that the Board is showing active oversight with influence on this company, as it should. It concerns that the Company has released only limited information on the cause of the change. I hope for more explanation in the weeks ahead, some direct comments from the new CEO. The change didn't go unnoticed, today's volume above the average.
