Somewhere in the 10-20 range for me. If they get earnings back close to a dollar, I'll hold for the upper end of that range. If it looks more like 50 cents, then the lower end of the range.
Earnings aren't random at all. Nam Tai just wasn't profitable in 2008-2009. There was a bad recession worldwide, almost everybody had the same problem. But get the 2007 report and look at the earnings back to 2003, they were steady.
IMO the main risk on this stock is if the recession wasn't the only problem. If the company somehow got permanently sick and the recession covered that up. Then we miss the recovery and sit at these prices.
