My point is the big plunge in the share price today is probably not a reaction to risks that have been disclosed regularly for years. Could be, but it doesn't sound that likely to me.
Don't feel like you have to say you're long in order to get a civil discussion. I'm a value investor and I find I usually have a lot of common ground with shorts. I don't want to hold or buy a high flier.
You could be right about the risks, maybe people who bought recently are reading about them for the first time? Who knows.
