    Just Sell Already

Few stocks that disgust me as much as this one. If you would have bought this one on the IPO you would have a big, fat zero to show for it. Management sits on $140 million. Acquisitions? No. Dividend? No. Shopping itself for a buyout? No. Giving the top brass huge stock options? Yes. This is an example of a company that cares ZERO about its shareholders. Shareholders have simply been the vehicle for funding big payouts to the CEO and friends. It really is a disgusting stock. If you want to be a private company, fine. But if you want to go public, you have a responsibility to your shareholders.

    Sentiment: Hold

    • I don't have any complaints about the company because I have bought and sold and made a little on each trade. However, I do understand what you are saying about stock options. Timothy Conver seems to sell about 8300 shares on a regular basis. Must be nice to get a $250,000 payday several times a month. Based on insiders buying and selling, I don't think they have a lot of long term confidence in the company. UAV's are popular! But it is a very competitive space. (I hear rumors that Apple's next Iphone will include fold-out wings and a small propulsion system that will enable the phone to fly up to 10,000 ft and take photos.) Maybe I heard wrong!

To be honest, I now hold a small position only because I keep thinking the company will someday be for sale. However, that is really no reason to own it. Good luck!
