    Long Term Bargain

Yeah... I love AFN... At least when it was at $2.12, I made a killing last month (%50) I went all in on AFN, 12000 shares for $2.12, what a bargain... Sold it all for $3.20, I actually got a divident for that time period yesterday, it covered the loss I had today because I bought RAS a few hours to early... hehe...

I will definetly buy AFN again if it gets to around $2.60... I like it more then RAS... But RAS havent fully recoved from the plunge it took from $8 to $6... I am still down $10.000 on RAS because I did hold 7000 shares from $8 and sold off it all at $6.52 to buy AFN for $2.12. I made some of it back when I bought 3000 RAS for $5.50 and sold for $7.30 but still... I am working hard to get that money back... But thanks to AFN I have a profit...

    • I pulled the trigger a little too soon on AFN - made 7 buys of 5K shrs each with a combined basis of 2.82. The recent divi got me down to about 2.57 basis. Used Roth funds to avoid the taxman. Still holding and I'm not complaining. I may buy an additional 5K shrs AFN if it gets down to 2.57. I believe both AFN and RAS will benefit from new 159 rules, so IMO the bottom fishing window is open for only a few more weeks.
