Start with the "SEC filings" link near the top of this FAQ, then:
Select "424" in the "Form Type" field, or "424b5" for only current 'amended' filings.
Normally a preliminary prospectus is filed, followed by an amended filing. The more recent of the two is generally more interesting.

As always, corrections, additions, comments, suggestions, requests, etc. are welcome.
The scammers and shorts continue their incessant drumbeat of negativity. Long on opinion, short on facts. Friday morning at 10:00, we will have some hard numbers to analyze. Quants will beat quals again, for the Nth time, where N is an arbitrarily large positive integer.
Whether the 2009 results bode well or ill, we will at least be able to replace speculation with information.
This board has been long on spec and short on inf for quite some time now.
After yesterday's announcement, today should be a busy day for the preferred share trading, and may bring a few new eyeballs.
Who knows: we might even see some increased volume in the common, one way or the other. It's not like anyone was really expecting a dividend on the common for 2009 Q4. Not anyone who took even a cursory look at the widely available data, anyway.
But, hey, that's what FAQs are for, right?
As 2009 Q4 is closed, and the next CC approaches, the questions on earnings and dividends are sure to start up again, as they do in every cycle.
Many, many questions, from many, many thick-as-a-brick newbies who wander the world, wide-eyed and in need of a good whack with the proverbial clue-stick. Or at least a good punch. (line?)
