Fisker will soon be filing bankruptcy and just laid off most of their workforce. This is after hundreds of millions in federal loans, grants and of course $7,500 tax breaks for the few buyers of their product. I think the phrase "green jobs" is worthy of an honorable mention in the "double speak" awards.
Apparently a "green job" is a job created with massive amounts of govt handouts. Such sums would in fact crease many more jobs if invested in any productive area of the economy. Never mind that all the money spent raises energy costs and taxes so much for productive areas of the economy that there is in fact a net loss of jobs.
