RAS preferred stock dividends have been absolutely reliable and predictable.
Through all the ups and downs of the common stock price, and wild swings of the RAS-A, RAS-B, and RAS-C prices, from deep discounts to significant premiums, preferred dividends have never wavered or failed.
As predictable as the sunrise and sunset, you can bank on them.
The only minor adjustment is in the pay date.
After years of metronomic payments on the last day of the month every year in March, June, September, and December, they shifted in 2012 to the first business day of January, April, July, and October, before resuming the historical pattern on December 31, 2012.
The next dividend is due to be paid on all three preferred issues on December 31, 2013.
Happy New Year!
