There are very few Large Corporate CEOs out there that could be called leaders. The so called Sheep, and unless you are one of the Top 1% includes YOU probably have as much education as most CEOs, only in different areas. An Aerospace Engineer for example would have as much education as these so called leaders. To be a true leader you need to inspire and create, todays CEO misses the mark in all leadership areas. They are mostly despised because they are uninvolved, and aloof and they make absolutely no attempt to build any sort of unity and they give employees nothing to feel good about and no reason for employees to feel any sense of loyalty. Corporate leaders died in the late 70s when thanks to the up and comming MBAs Money became forever far more important than people. Integrity, loyalty, honesty, and genuine Heart, were replaced with Self centeredness, Greed, Sloth, and Corruption. Todays prevalent ME FIRST ATTITUDE has sent America and its Corporations down the wrong path and the worlds attitude towards America is all you need as proof. America traded respect for Money and Americans are paying for it. Thanks to the TOP ONE PERCENT AMERICA IS NOW DESPISED AND LAUGHED AT, And deservedly so.
Apply for their job since you're so smart and show them how
Never said I could do their job nor did I say I was SO SMART. But I`m SMART ENOUGH to Spot an Overpaid,Amoral, Greed Based Pig when I see one. You can defend the elitist trash all you like, but Just like The Pro Athletes Not a single one of them are worth what they are paid.
Well said hbenning32. Kresa was the last of the NOC CEO types that had any sort of integrity and loyalty to the people that made him a success. Boeing is going thru that learning curve today with it's 787 program. It is relying on Partners instead of it's own engineering, QA and mfg types that ran the company successfully for more than 50 nyears. The MBA's and their partners took them to their knees, not the unions and mgmt team they turned their backs to.
