Alternatively you can get there the following way:

1) go to www.sec.gov
2) Under the section titled Filings and Forms (EDGAR) click on "Search for Company Filings
3) Under the General Searches column click on "Companies and Other Filers"
4) Next to "CIK or Ticker Symbol" type in
"GOOG"
5) Click on "Enter"

Ummmmmmmm....seems like the pile is growing faster than revenues if you know what I mean. I wonder who is creating the problems all this bad news is coming from? it's not me I know that, I just read it, but someone must be creating it. Might be the Company don't you think?

maybe, there is very little catalyst for an up move until next earnings. I am a long and I admit that. But, otoh a lot of dirt has been dished in GOOG direction and some stuff was interpreted as negative and was not. Like the click fraud settlement for example. So how much more bad news is out there?
