Is yahoo finance up to date when it comes to insider sales??,,, if so,, not a single share sold by an insider since Jun 30,,
Fidelity keeps their insider trading up-to-date. On October 9 & again on October 13th 2006 two (2) different insiders sold over 50,000 shares valued at over $20,000,000.
Found it,,, here is a quick and dirty just on shares sold since July 31st,, the person and # sold since then until the end of last week (Oct. 13th)
BROWN SHONA L 9,372
DOERR L JOHN 167,900
DRUMMOND DAVID C 22,856
EUSTACE ROBERT ALAN 13,590
HENNESSY JOHN L 1,360
KORDESTANI OMID 138,625
LEVINSON ARTHUR D 10,000

ROSENBERG JONATHAN J 42,157
SCHMIDT ERIC E 309,796
SHRIRAM KAVITARK RAM 88,790
Grand Total 876,839
YOWSA!! Still a bull,, but man,, when your a pig, fat and bloated like these cats,, I can only muster one word,,, wow
Went on to MSN money,,, yahoo is also out of date,, and I see those sales you mention,,, Eric Schmidt like to click his mouse a lot,,, that joker must get bored at work on random days and click the sell button like it was a crack dispenser.... but instead of crack,, he get loot...
THen again,,if I owned seemingly unlimited shares of GOOG,, I prolly do the same thing,,, 400, 200,, 700 ,, whatever the price,, why not,,, all loot in my back pocket..
The insider sales is not up to date. Why I don't know. There has been a ton of shares sold the last three months..just click on to SEC filings and then click "other filings" at the bottom of the page and you'll see several form 4 filings which are required by insiders to file within 2 business days from the time they sell their shares.
Also, the biggest seller of late is the VP of engineering and development, Robert Eustace. You think he knows something? I do.
$37 million in insider sales since oct 1, 2006. Only 1 insider purchase ever and that was 75 shares. (I think he pushed the wrong button).
Post link please where you found this info... Thanks in advance...
