I am bullish on Google not only because of the Android, Chrome, GoogleApps but also because they are a leader in cloud computing. A great explanation of clouds and the investor connection is available at http://www.bullishbankers.com/cloud-computing-an-investors-perspective/
The Chrone is ingenious, as MSFT and Firefox take components of it for their own browsers, Google can tailor more apps to components of the browser. This will essentially make their apps more easy to use, since all browsers will have the code to run sophisticated web apps.
Google is weathering this storm better than most would expect. I think its a buy at these levels and also think theyre developing superior cloud architecture. They are doing well in the SaaS space as GoogleDocs gains more fans.
CLOUD Computing has been around for quite some time now and NOW it's just becoming a buzz word for some to try and make $$$ off.
Just like VMW of 3 years ago it drove to a peak and now it's an everyday thing. Btw, VMW is in the dumps and headed lower for many reasons.
But no-one seems to learn that these stupid buzzword campaigns don't net any continuity when it comes to building wealth.
Sad state of affairs when buzzwords drive your industry...
