I have witnessed him on 3 different occasions misrepresent TIMELY INFO that caused a stock to move the opposite of what it actually should have done. Is he getting kick backs from BIG TRADERS who want to take ADVANTAGE of his MISREPRESENTATIONS??????
SEC should watch this guy as he does this crap WAY TO OFTEN!!!!!
UPDATE - Looks like there might be a lawsuit or 10 filed against CNBC/Goldman......The question is: Did a "little bird" sing??????
My thought is if someone did flip and if Goldman is taking kickbacks then this should turn from civil to criminal......just my thoughts!!!!
I agree he has made several errors on earnings this year only to correct. The ironic thing is they have all been errors that hurt the stocks. I agree his mistake caused several big hedge funds to bail and there is no way they are going to try to get back in now. It hurt the stock by $5 a share the best I could tell.
Regarding IBM's earnings beat, he said that IBM had an earnings beat of 30% (actual earnings $2.32 vs. estimate $2.01). A 31 cents beat of a $2.01 estimate is a beat of only 15%. Way to go Jim. I guess when you're breathless from having to be "first", accuracy doesn't matter, right?
CNBC sucks, I wish they'd pull it off the air. Better yet, I wish they'd incarcerate them all off the air
here is a picture of his mistake. what a dumbass...
Yeah, CNBC are total losers and propogandist.
How many times have the crew done this? Many, Many times!
I always get pee'd when the girl on there always says the market is up 90 points when it is really down 90 points, she always does it everytime she is on, I can't think of her name right now.
She does it constantly.
