Retired justice says campaign finance ruling made cash king

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens leveled new criticism on Wednesday against the court's landmark 2010 ruling on campaign financing, saying it had allowed corporations to ramp up spending and non-voters to influence the outcome of elections.

Stevens, who dissented from the "Citizens United" ruling, said it had increased the importance of cash in contested elections, opened the floodgates for foreign campaign spending and put corporations or other out-of-state speakers ahead of voters interested in local issues.

ON2's "lead" "plaintiffs" and ON2 defendants?

Who are ON2 "lead" "plaintiffs", NOT those other before combining all ON2 shareholders suits in "one"???

Why the "lead" ON2 "plaintiffs" are trying to make money for their "counsels" and NOT for themselves or ON2 shareholders? Who with right mind would go through all of these "trouble" to make money for the "others"? How come the same ON2 "plaintiffs" are having the same "requirements" in different case with MAKING $900,000 for the same "coundels" and NOT for themselves or the other shareholders? Is this another UN-COVERED SCAM? Shouldn't DOJ ot FTC look into ON2 case instead of ON2 shareholders chasing it?

Google is preparing another "loan" engineer for its battle AGAINST ON2 shareholders and possible USA DOJ, FBI or other USA governmental agencies INVESTIGATION: "Lone video codec engineer" google would say, and MF trying to pave the way as Luther watching him carefully?

In 40+ minute of MF presentation nothing more than 2 or 3 minutes about ON2 (and nothing about Hantro, which is what Google will make BILLIONs after STEALING from ON2 shareholders. Why Google would NOT mention about ON2's research, which ON2 spents millions up on millions in 2008, 2009 to say the least to give it almost for free to google,) MT talks about google's video code origin. Then you would know what kind of CRIMINAL INTETION preventing google from revealing how they bult video IMPIRE within ON2 to call it their very own in 2010??? One simple examle is why ON2 did NOT dispute or contest Google trademarking Hantro in March 2008 and WHO, or HOW MANY from ON2 were "consulted before google finalizing Hantro trademark prior to August 4, 2009.
