Congratulations to google for purchasing directors and "interim" ceo of On2. Thru multiple postponements of vote results (google was told no twice) they managed to make their bought puppets at on2 schedule yet another vote date, change the date for "voters eligible to vote" (because they had been told no twice) and managed to steal an outstanding video codec for pennies on the dollar.
Good Criminals, I hope they can continue to thieve technology and make me a rich person.
I will bet the SEC will put google on a pedestal and tell the world what a wonderful corporation they are.
Sour Grapes, you bet.
Google Settlement Could Drive Vringo Shares Above $30

John Ford from seekingalpha
Everything depends on whether or not Vringo can win this case. Keep reading, and I will explain why I think Vringo will prevail. First off, I see five possible outcomes as a result of this lawsuit:
Number one: Vringo wins in court and receives damages and future royalties.
Number two: Google wins, and Vringo shares immediately lose most of their value.
Number three: Google buys Vringo before the trial.
Number four: Google settles with Vringo before the trial.
Number five: Microsoft, Yahoo, or any number of big players buy Vringo.
Skype, after Google buying ON2's CEO/BOD, is a good example what might happen in the above case against Google:
Google was probably never really interested in buying Skype.[just nonesense from reporter; casp321. Google was waiting to complete ON2/Hantro deal before being able to get its handa on Skype: Jan 27, 2009 is the clear evidence of how ON2 BOD was trying to benefit from Google acquisition of Skype by getting their bonuses the same day, Jan 27, 2009, as the Rumor of Google might be acquiring Skype]

It's really the VOICE that any ON2 shareholder raises matter, but everyone does not have to be present any moment. The presence even does not have to be on scratch boards. With the patience and presence that you raise your voice matters, there is no other measurement.
It's scary to find out that the invesment I made in ON2 was NOT dumb at all, as those involved in the "building VIDEO EMPIRE within ON2" tried to make me look one. The worse part of the feeling is/was being afraid for life and NOT raise the voice while letting those with CRIMINAL intents, under the name of "national-security" or "trade-secret," run their operation through a PUBLIC and SMALL company, like ON2, to FINANCE those INVOLVED in the ACTIVITIES, by MOVING/REMOVING/RENAMING the people or companies or GIVING away the public company's products under the name of "free" of any kinds.
In other times, when ever is possible they pay those REWARDs as bonuses, as they gave $100+ million dollars to Schmidt and $50 million to the other google exec, Sundar Pichai, who was also involved in dealing with ON2-VP8 or as they call WebM, which was in the making witin ON2 long before Feb 2010. It is obvious all these bonuses were not because of ON2 but searching the internet and finding out about NUMBERs of Youtube execs and Google China President leaving google after august 2009, when ON2 shareholders brought LAWSUITs against those involved in ON2 THEFT, MUST be telling a lot why Schmidt was removed from his chairmanship but got the bonuses and why they kept Pichai who were DIRECTLY in CHARGE of ON2-WebM in Chrome or Google products.
Re: for $500 mil: "Don't do EVIL and don't See EVIL"??? 12-May-11 10:22 am
On November 19, 2009, Pichai gave a demonstration of Chrome OS On May 20, 2010 he open-sourced the new video codec VP8 and introduced the new video format WebM to the public. Many Companies have tried to woo Sundar including Twitter, Inc, but Google reportedly awarded him $50 million to keep him from leaving Google.
Eric Schmidt Leaves Google $100 Million Richer
Google's Schmidt gets $100 million stock award
Award is largest in grant-dollars for a sitting CEO since Sanjay Jha, Motorola's then co-chair, received a $103 million grant in 2008, according to a report.

The Journal said Schmidt's award, which vests over four years, is the largest in grant-dollars for a sitting CEO since Sanjay Jha, Motorola's then co-chief, received a $103 million grant in 2008.
Where was ON's or Bankoski's "DROPBox"???
This is what ON2 shareholders can PRESENT to the "FUTTRE" Judgeto show HOW Google and ON2's Execs, INCLUDING Bankoski were OPERATING while ON2 was a PUBLIC owned by shareholders comany.
"In fact, only two companies have ever developed webm - On2 and Google - and much of that was behind closed doors. "
He was complaining a great deal about his child. From my tongue this came out: "His outcome will be good. He's a child. He's doing what he does because of childhood, not because of the root. In the same way, unripe grapes and immature apricots are bitter and sour. That's because of the childhood and imaturity of the grapes, not because of the root. THERE IS ANOTHER SORT OF UNRIPE GRAPES WHOSE SOURNESS IS FROM THE ROOT, THE ONES THAT RIPEN HARD. THOSE DON'T BECOME SWEET. OTHERWISE, unripe grapes must be put in the sun."
A big difference when a Judge rule AGAINST ON2 shareholders with "lead" around 100- ON2 share or s vs. 178 million ON2 share and when an INTERIM CEO sells the company for getting about $1.8 million from Google and ON2 BOD get their bonuses n Jan 2009 instead of March or April:

Your love for a thing makes you blind and deaf, that is, toward defects of the loved thing. When someone begins to see defects, you know that love for it has decreased. Dont you see how a mother loves her child? If he dirties himself, with all her gentleness and beauty she does not hold herself back. She says, "Good for you!"
