Would Google file infringment about ON2 IP against China?

There is a big problem, from a small company called ON2's shareholders, for both China and Google in this case:

By Filing infringment against China, Google will WASH out all of MF and Kopetski "efforts" in signing ON2 deals with Chinese. This also would bring to light the actual reasons for FORCING DAM, Joll, and Eero to resign, and I do NOT think this would be a smart option for those from Stanford selling their Google shares in March. It is better for both side to come up with "good" EXCUSE to save face but DRAG the case a little longer.

Google expects Android to 'flourish' in China: CFO
    March 15, 2010

It said Google and the Chinese authorities have been discussing the extent to which the Internet giant will be able to operate in China if it follows through on its pledge and stops censoring Web search results.

"Hopes are fading that Google will be able to reach an agreement with China to remain in business there," the newspaper said.

A Google spokesman declined on Monday to comment to AFP on the status of negotiations between the California company and the Chinese authorities.

    • Chinese "state secrets" vs "trade secrets"????

How many DEALS ON2 MADE in China without "collecting" any money, as MF and ON2 BOD, made ON2 shareholders to believe? Why did they DELAY "EXECUTING" ON2 deals in China?

    • It is funny to see that should Google and China endup in the court it might be ON2 deals in China and ON2 stolen SW by Chinese part of their "legal" "battle". It is really funny to see HOW BIG is getting SMALL and HOW SMALL is getting BIG. It is called COMPRESSION and that is what ON2 DOES!!!!

    • What did they SETTLE with???

    • Hennessy is a Director at Google:

Hennessy has been at the forefront of export control reform for some time. He is co-chair of the National Research Council's Committee on Science, Security and Prosperity, which issued a report last year recommending changes to the laws.

    • Great to see NOT everyone is the same.

NOT everyone would FALL in the traps that are set:

And one professor creating a vaccine scrapped his research when he was told the non-pathogenic organism he was working with required lab personnel to undergo enhanced security and background checks.

The professor "viewed this as incompatible with his research approach," Hennessy said. "He ended up destroying the organism and stopped working in the area," Hennessy said. "The result was clearly a net loss for our country."

    • It is COMPLICATED and it is SIMPLE:

In one, he said, a team of Stanford researchers had to pull back on their contributions to developing a microchip that simulates the human brain when they realized that export-controlled technology was central to their work. The team included students from China, and the regulations prohibited them from participating.

"Stanford does not, nor will it, discriminate between its students or disadvantage them on the basis of citizenship," Hennessy said. He said the regulations meant the research team's involvement in the project was "greatly reduced."

    • This also would bring to light the actual reasons for FORCING DAM, Joll, and Eero to resign, and I do NOT think this would be a smart option for those from Stanford [ Google founders Larry Page, Sergay Brin and Stanford President Dr John L Hennessy] selling their Google options in March.

      • Belive it or NOT there will be time to see Google founders paying off for their CRIMEs against ON2 sharholders. Their GAME plan with the help of Obama Admin will come out to the light sooner or later and it will show how many PAWNs from ON2 and its BOD were part of this CHESS game and why they USED ON2 as a FRONT for underground CRIMINAL activities!!!

It is STOLEN good from ON2 shareholders that is MAKING Google to STAY in China!!!!

      • Was any Stanford connection?
