The Guard praised [Gen. Hasan Moghaddam] Moghaddam, saying the military force will not forget his “effective role in the development of the country’s defense ... and his efforts in launching and organizing the Guard’s artillery and missile units,” the semiofficial Fars news agency quoted the statement as saying Sunday.

President Barack Obama called Crown Prince Sultan a "valued friend " who served as the country's defense minister for more than 50 years. Throughout his time in the Saudi government, Sultan procured arms deals with the United States and was a key ally in the war on terror.
The question is how many should go down/up to make them call "never again" really never-again. Was one of them from the same "tree" or it was part of the "bush"? There is no line to call foe or friend in this game really; that's just for the public record.
