    • There are lots of examples of dual class - Voting and Non-Voting Stocks.. the premium/discount is usually pretty small, less than 2% -- it is more about liquidity vs voting.

    • I agree and I own both the other stocks also.....Good Luck

    • at the end of day.. the stock is cheap, and the split will bring in some new investors... Apple, PCLN should do the same.

      • I'll be happy to see 670 in 6 months. These super bullish wall street analyst makes me nervous when they all say similar things, kind of get the feeling they want to get their big holders out and you in holding the bag..because google's recent results was very pedestrian, nothing to go bonkers over like these upgrades are suggesting...just being real and I own some shares.

      • Not much upside in these upgrades. Averaged out it's only a 15% upside. With a 15% downside when the market pulls back in the summer months. AH and pre-market not very encouraging despite all these upgrades. We need a couple of analysts to come out with $1,000+ targets like with AAPL. Then we are talking!

(GOOG) Google price target raised to $675 from $649 at Deutsche Bank
Deutsche Bank believes Google showed strong execution in Q1 with solid revenue growth, but thinks shares may be range bound due to challenging foreign currency comps in Q2 and Q3 as well as the Motorola integration. However, the firm sees meaningful upside potential in Q4 and maintains a Buy rating on the stock with an increased price target. theflyonthewall.com

(GOOG) Google stock split odd, but could increase retail holders, says Citigroup
Citigroup believes Google's creation of a non-voting share class and effective two-for-one stock split could increase the number of retail investors in the stock while not changing much for institutional holders. However, Citi views the announcement as odd since it does not believe there was any real demand for such a move by institutional shareholders. The firm says a real wealth creation step would be the paying of a dividend, but adds it does not expect to see one for several years. Citigroup found no surprises in Google's Q1 financial results and reiterates a Buy rating on the stock with a $750 price target. theflyonthewall.com
