Nokia's giant hammer of IP litigation is about to come down on the entire android ecosystem

Read the JPMorgan note out on nokia from other day. Now that Nokia is no longer building devices, it can go all out and patent troll all the technology thieves that's been infringing on its cellphone tech. Apple thought they could get away with it, and they're sending checks to finland every quarter. Google and Samsung knows they're screwed, they have even less leg to stand on...maybe they thought nokia would go away and everyone would forget they stole the smartphone technologies....HTC about to lose IP case in Germany, guess who's next....

    • I was advocating that google spend some of its huge warchest to buy out nokia even before the msft offer....it's just about the only thing that can prevent the IP litigation that they know is coming...it's also the best way to disrupt msft's plans....they had better act fast though, nokia is rising and will continue to rise, the longer they wait the more chance of shh approval of msft's deal and the more expensive it will be to secure nokia's 30,000 patents and 10,000 patent families.
