It's laughable. And who keeps talking about hedge funds selling million share block orders? There is no such thing as a true block order. Hedge funds and any other funds ship their large orders to 1 of many brokers. They in turn get fills with little 100 share trades through multiple days. In other words it's under the radar to the markets and brokers.
Trade a million shares could be 10 brokers at 100k each over 3 days. Nobody knows but the fund.
Only an amateur would do a market order block trade. And an amateur would not have the shares to do it. And brokers that post huge blocks way off the top bid/ask are playing liars poker. They're trying to sucker folks in that have no clue.
Hedgefundtrader is nobody. Even his/her profile is blocked. But the posts are amusing. Wonder if it's a 15yo gamer, dude in Niger, girl in China, criminal in prison, anarchist in Seattle, or just an old guy in Boca. :-) I suspect the Niger guy.
