    As usual, non-GAAP "earnings" will exclude "one time" and "unusual" expenses even when they are usual expenses for CRM. Also, by paying key employees with stock instead of with money CRM doesn't have, when the employees profit and sell the stock at market prices, the "float" increases, other holders' shares are diluted, and the company books the employees' sale of stock as something positive when it's really a signal of negative operations. Someday, the dilution of long holders will be reflected in the stock price. Is today that day?
