    Crazy stock

I'm holding stock short, but have closed out May options, assuming I can get May options cheaper on a bounce.

    • Hi Fox,
I've held this stock short since May 2011 adding occasionally as the price has risen.
I've seen you on this board for a long time, as I just drop in very occasionally.
Does this biz still predict losses over the next 12 months or did I imagine that? Thought I read that recently.
      Good luck, to us.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell

    • Looks like I closed out my Aprils early since it was early yesterday but when you only have less than 2 days left I would rather take a nice profit than have it flip on me.

I have Mays well in the money but am not selling them yet. I may just add further out puts on any weak moves up but I would rather do that on a pop on air, i.e. nothing behind it.

      Sentiment: Strong Sell

      • Morning Hapi - Great move. As my post yesterday said, I bought APPL in the low 390's, it has hit bottom. Take your profits on all puts before earnings release. Remember APPL likes to say F-you to the ANALysts, the oppositie of CRM where we see one mindless press release after another. APPL could easily double their divvy and create a floor of 5% yield whihc would create the mother of all sort squeezes. Short something else, lots of choices - JMHO
