Error of omission only; not to worry.

You think that you have problems? I got back from a meeting today only to have my assistant hand me a notice from my mailman stating that there are two certified parcels from the IRS waiting for my signiture at the post office confirming my receipt of them. She was *NOT* allowed to sign for them.

Looks like another Jack Daniels and Clonazepam night for me.

Umm, I bought some TSLA today. (I actually did.) --verm

No matter how you cut it, you made at least 10% more on your money today than did every single investor in MELA.

Fncy, I hope it is OK for me to ask that you not burn down Telsa headquarters.

Not Tesla. Up yesterday by nearly 50% despite the fact that market was off huge.

Tesla has never sold a car, has no history, offers no fundamentals and offers a product that is ridiculously expensive.

Sounds a lot like MELA except for the fact that investors obviously believe that Tesla will succeed at bringing their product to market and ultimately turn a profit.

To get cash before the market tanks more.

Regardless of how great the news is, if the market goes down most stocks go with it. Ex.) SOMX silenor, DDSS oleptro, or better yet... SPPI loaded the boat twice before they're decision for zevalin, and it was a good idea because look at the stock price then, and look at it now.

The point is that private investors and investment banks know these stocks run up and want in. So they offer cash to get in instead of trying to play retail shopper. I dont think any good CEO would risk waiting till after the FDA Panel when you might not find many private investors anymore because the markets going down.

    • Dude, what are you talking about. Enough cash for 5 qtrs... that's more than a year! What's the point of doing an offering now when market is tanking and big news on the horizon???
