Hung is correct; occasionally you have a small cap see its pps spike after a couple of months secondary to some kind of buzz however; mela has had YEARS and its sad, pathetic story told over and over again. This bill of goods can only be pulled out so often (three secondary offerings now?) and still get folks to swallow the bait.
It stands to reason that while the stock shows a million shares trading hands, just as many folks are bailing as are buying. There is obviously a reason for this.
Can something occur out of the blue and the stock pop momentarily? Certainly however; probably not to the extent that anyone in this thing for over a buck and two bits will be successful in salvaging their money.
