It is about the brain synapses and it ability to overcome a set of fixed obstacle's(what is payed for) in the business environment you work in.
The Multi-channel processing in her work/learning environment has demonstrated her ability to change the outcome of a static process (insurance payment) to a dynamic change in payments for healthcare services.
The few who are able to engage in this
understanding, know that the credit is not one persons work, it is shared with her teachers and team mates.

Ginger L Graham has been to Harvard and Knows the researchers who got "RID" of Joe Camel, surely she will rid this message board of lice.
Her appointment to the Board will bring a new perspective to this company and IF they listen to her, this might bring
Walgreens into the leadership position in this Sector.
Her ability to teach those who have no experience in the Healthcare Industry will give those executives, who have no Idea why America is the leader in medical innovation cost/outcome management and quality of life issues.
I am waiting to hear in the press the direction walgreens will be taking with this newest member.

I have to agree with robbsbeach. There are far too many incompetent people on the management team - hopefully she will bring in a sense of urgency to execute well.
