Service at the store nearest me has suffered. Either the pharmacy staff has to work these days or their attitude is less than great either way I am told each and every time....its an hour wait. I hope I never need pain meds. Texting is a nice touch, maybe they should ask if you have any questions right away then they can take their time and giggle all they want and never talk to a LIVE customer. BOLTA
If yolu went to my neighborhood Walgreens they call you by name, take your Rx and ask you if you want to wait for it. All with a smile.
Of course, you tell them you're not in a rush because you plan ahead.
Of course, you live by the motto, "Fail to plan, plan to fail." So, naturally, you make a plan, and don't wait until the last second to get meds. As you well know, "A lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine."
I suggest if you need pain meds, you shouldn't wait until the last minute.
Nonetheless, comparing WAG's pharmacy with that of Sam's Club, one quickly learns that the place is closed for lunch. Of course, that means no service - NONE. Couldn't get someone to "giggle" with their cute little smiles even if you wanted them to.
