Get on the boat or shut up...

The bashers were saying the same old cramp when we were at 26 that it was going down to 20. Now we close to 38 they are saying it is going down to 30. I listen to the people on the floor in the stores that have been around more than 10 years. They are so busy that the doors in my area that are not 24 hour doors are open an hour earlies and closing an hour later next week. No more xmas deco on the shelves and toys are selling out that was in seven stores. This stock is ready to move up again.

I would say buy but I am going with STRONG BUY...

    • I hear similar things when I visit my local Walgreens and talk to the employees.

But, there's been a dramatic run up in the last 4 months and I'm cautious of the profit taking that will happen prior to year end.

I'm a long term bull but short term I'm cautious.

      • Profit taking at year end has nothing to do with the underlying value of the stock which will likely rebound back to early December levels if the stock price is negatively impacted, which could or could not happen. I just hope that they have enough skilled people in the pharmacy to deal with the burgeoning class of baby boomers who need medications. My only complaint with the 3 stores in my town is that it takes a while to fill a prescription. But hey, Better that then everyone sitting on the butts.
