Judge won't force DEA to return Walgreens' documents

A judge will not order the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration to return highly sensitive and private documents to Walgreens that the pharmacy chain inadvertently gave the federal drug agency.
The DEA subpoenaed customer files, two years' worth of internal correspondence and other information from Walgreens as part of an investigation into the company's dispensing practices in Florida.
