    Any ideas why?

Anybody have any ideas why WAG jumped over a point today, even though the numbers for November were bad. Am I missing something?

    • My bet, they're gonna payout next years dividends before the close of this year so the senior management holding lots of WAG shares can avoid the 3.9% Obamacare tax on investment income that's gonna get dumped on the American public next year. Aren't you glad you voted democrat?

Jim Sinegal (CEO of costco) just did the same thing, saving himself about 7 million in taxes. Despite being a supporter of the presidents desire to raise our taxes, he figured out a way to avoid paying 7 Million of his own. Look it up with google.

      • Bad tax policy lead to all kinds of uneconomic tax avoidance strategies.

If you want less wealth, just tax it more. Make capitalism unwelcome and capital flees.

Obama hates the wealthy, so we will have less wealth in America. No growth opportunity under Socialism. Capital will look for countries moving away from Socialist tendencies: Low taxes, plus cheap labor draws capital.

High taxes, a lazy, poorly educated, overpaid work force and oppressive regulation will accelerate the flow of capital to high growth regions like Southeast Asia.

Broaden your horizons. America is in for a tough time.

        MLevine.

    • Didn't you hear? WAG and CVS are talking about a possible merger.
