Does CVS WARN Tomorrow, or Face Class Action Lawsuits?
Mark my words. If CVS doesn't warn of upcoming failures in sales and profits tomorrow, there will be class action lawsuits in May. I'm betting that there will be a mention of loss of next quarters revenues and earnings, but they will have some sort of spin on it. Look in the transcript for frequent use of the words, "although" and "we feel".
