I'm in at these prices for 1,100. The company is the leader in its sector. The sale of the long term care will look great on the balance sheet. Maybe that is an area that they didn't want to persue. Every quarter will make the PE look okay. When the next quarterly comes out, I will be fine with a PE of 38 or 40, because the earnings will be higher. There are allot of less favorable stocks trading at higher PEs.
