    jptnnr....you are 100% correct,,,,but

Its amazing how all you sycophants keep saying
how Walgreens is going to rule the day. I have been
hearing this since the beginning of the year. This stock
has been sliding since early this year with very
little indication that it is going to turn around
anytime soon. For those who say this is a Walgreens board
I am not a cheerleader like so many of you. I am a
shareholder since early this year. It hasnt been flat, it
has been steadily declining. Since the first of the
year it is down around 20 percent. Meanwhile since
early this year everyone has been saying to buy more it
is going to bounce big time. Well, it hasnt. The
attitude that everyone is going to go back to the brick
and mortar approach is so near sighted. Do I think it
is a good company. The sales show it. In the city I
live there are five drug stores within a one mile
radius. Additionally, there are three grocery store
chains which have pharmacies. These drugstores are going
to start cannibalizing each other. Meanwhile,
internet drugstores, for all the derision many of you heap
upon them, will probably shave some market share from
all these companies. Walgreens ran into opposition to
building in my city. There is a sentiment that our city
does not need any more drugstores. The result: I
expect this stock to near its 52-week low before there
    is any bounce.
