They need to import some pharmacist from countries like China and India..
Its not like it takes a lot of intelligence to do the job that they are doing anyway.. I have never really needed any help from these "wanna be doctors"...
you're an idiot. Learn how to write. Too bright (two o's not one) guarantee (not gurantee) hmmm. Go back to flipping them burgers. DM's are idiots and jerks who can't even spell, just like you.
If you think a DM needs to be a pharmacist to manage effectively you are not to bright. What market do you work in? You obviously do not know the company position on the average pharmacy manager. And I gurantee you have no clue as to what the company has planned for technology in the pharmacy to reduce labor costs.
Your comment about "educated" shows how incompetent youare.
The only way a pharmacist will make a mistake these days is if he/she puts the label on upside down. The techs put the pills in the bottles & computers check for drug interaction problems. All the pharmacist does is check the bottle & staple the bag (for $80,000 a year). It seems to me that the Pharmacist is the one who can be reaplaced by a high school dropout.
one thing you're overlooking ace, if a pharmacist is overworked and isn't allowed to eat or take a break, the risk of making a mistake increases. A mistake could easily kill someone, if a manager has an interrupted lunch, then perhaps his stomach will growl while he faces the toilet paper aisle but nobody will get hurt.
FYI, you dont have to be an RPH to be promoted to DM. Happens all the time.It happened last year, this year and it will happen next year. You dont even have to be an Rph to be an Regional. Or a college grad as a matter of fact.
You are an idiot. You must work in a lousy environment. I'm sure it is always the company or your managers fault. Quit trying to take the high road. You should be employed at Osco, CVS or Walmart. Take your pick.
