I know, the trial is over the other drug before the FDA from MNTA's pipeline. However, I do believe that MNTA filed a lawsuit against Teva for patent infringement related to Teva's attempted generic, which would have competed with copaxone. Things are about to get interesting, and I disagree, I own MNTA and I believe that Teva will get approved eventually, hopefully the other drug is on the market by then and we are all millionares...
On Lovenox, MNTA has sued TEVA over their attempt to get a generic Lovenox approved that would slash MNTA's revenue. This trial is over a year away because the parties do not consider it urgent. [hint]
On Copaxone, TEVA is suing Sandoz (MNTA) to stop MNTA's generic Copaxone (TEVA's sole non generic drug of note), that trial is partially in progress, and partially very soon. If Sandoz/MNTA lose they then the generic Copox revenue is delayed until 2014 (assuming FDA ..)
Will TEVA "ever" get tL approved? Ever is a long time. But will the present version be approved? It has been 8 years now, and will be over 10 years by trial time. Most would say that this means TEVA is at square one on this.
