They worked for years on making Enox. It all goes to waste unless they can sell something. Finally they know that MNTA has the only technique that can prove their glop is Enox. So they steal it (yes it is stealing, but in business they call it patent violation so nobody goes to jail) just to certify their stuff. If their intent is to sell enox (and for sure it is) any use of the patented process is an infringement! They think they can hide behind a ruling that said: "it is not infringement if you use a process while the patent is in effect and sell it when the patent expires." MNTA wins IMHO.
