Someone has to give me one reason why they deserve to keep their jobs, I can't come up with one? I am long, I just want an honest answer?
They had over a year of cash flows to brace for the loss of exclusivity, what did they do? fill out deposit slips to put the cash in the bank, I could have hired an a/r clerk for that.
the Copaxone ANDA was on file and handed over to Sandoz when Craig was hired. No new filings, no new term pipeline items, no Business development. Millions of dollars of lost shareholder value, except for Craig who was GIVEN 2% of the company for doing absolutely nothing. Rick Shea can't even get his SEC filings in on time with two delinquent filings during the past year per the proxy statement, I don't know what was distracting him I know it wasn't business development.
Please someone give me a reason why they should not be fired!
What can you expect? This is a company that made a deal with a "partner" that allowed a 30% reduction in payments if SNY shipped out product in a different box called "Generic Lovenox." Is there anyone with a brain there?
