Board put on notice that they need to act, current management has demonstrated that they have no ability to grow Momenta. Talk is cheap the true measure is managements ability to grow shareholder value. Their story is old and wall street is tired of hearing it.
Stock price and no partners says it all!!!
Craig Wheeler had his try and his time is up!
Hired august 22, 2006 stock price $16.18
NOVEMBER 30, 2011 stock price $15.00
During this time he has purchased 0 shares with his own money and has been given 2.1% of the company as of May 31, 2011 1,098,125 shares and counting.
I and fellow shareholders have given him 5 years zero BD and negative stock growth EVEN WITH THE LARGEST LAUNCH IN THE HISTORY OF THE GENERICS INDUSTRY enough said.
Shea and Wheeler must go!!
Why would new investors invest a cent with this team.
The only good they have done for me as a loyal shareholder since 2005 is that they were so inept that I sold half my 2005 holdings in July before they could lose another 40% of the value.
"Millions of dollars of lost shareholder value, except for Craig who was GIVEN 2% of the company for doing absolutely nothing. "
Again, this is the question every shareholder should send to the entire MNTA board, asking how this is justifiable ????????
Agreed. Wheeler and Shea, care more about their jobs and any bonuses.
It's amazing that in this same 5 year period where the stock returned zilch for investors, Craig for his HUGE Contribution received 2% of the company ?
mnta should not be cw's personal hedgefund to extract his annual 2 and 20
This stock is like watching paint dry,Only a thousand times slower.
the only reason its not moving is because of aholes like you
sell your shares and get lost.same for the other chronic whiners!
Why are you not angry, don't you expect management to create shareholder value? Its been five years and Craig and his side kick Rick have lost shareholder value, no BD projects signed, no new near term projects at the fda. Enough said creating shareholder value is their job if he can't do it, time to leave.
I hold my shares because I believe in the assets of the company. I just do not believe in the management and neither does wall street.
TIME FOR CHANGE RICK SHEA AND CRAIG WHEELER MUST GO!
